Boldlycapturingmoments
Portraits, families, and memories to last a lifetime. I'm based in Milton, Florida and I shoot up and down the Florida Panhandle.

How I shoot

Most of what I keep are the natural moments that happen between the posed frames. Someone laughs at their own joke, or fixes their kid's collar without thinking about it. Those are the ones you'll want later.
I still pose people. I just don't leave them there. I put your vision first, put you somewhere with good light, tell you what to do with your hands, and then talk to you until you stop thinking about the camera.
I edit toward a retro feel with muted, true-to-life tones and soft light. The point is that the photos look like the day they were taken, and like the people in them, ten years from now.

What we can make
I build every session around the light and the location first. Here's what each one usually looks like.
Easy, from the first note
Send a note
Tell me who's in the photos and roughly when you want to shoot. I answer within two days with open dates and pricing.
Pick a spot
We choose the location and the hour together, and I help you plan an outfit you'll actually feel good in, so you're not guessing the night before.
Get your gallery
Two to three weeks later your edited photos land in a private gallery. Download them, print them, hand them around.
Come ready to turn
moments into memories
You don't have to know what you're doing in front of a camera. Almost nobody does. There's no dead air and no awkward quiet — I'll play music, keep the conversation going, and tell you where to stand and what to do with your hands, so it never gets stiff on you.

Stick to a few colors
Cream, oat, clay, olive, denim. Pick two or three that sit near each other and put everybody somewhere in that range.
Texture photographs better than pattern
Linen, knit, suede, and denim all hold up well. Thin stripes shimmer on camera, and a big logo pulls the eye off your face.
Bring what's yours
If there's a horse, a dog, a piano, or a truck that belongs in the picture, bring it. Tell me ahead of time and I'll plan the session around it.

“Being in front of a camera is hard when you don't know what to do with your hands. So we talk, we laugh, and we let the moments unfold naturally, and the pictures happen along the way.”

Hi, I'm Telondra
I started out with a Canon and my sister in the backyard, and four years later I'm still doing it. What I like most is photographing people who are convinced they don't photograph well.
I work slow and I talk a lot, because my whole goal is for you to feel calm and relaxed instead of stressed. I'll drive for the last twenty minutes of good sun if that's what a picture needs.
